Third Shot Drops (1-2 minutes):

  • Hit dinks, then Player B takes a step back, hitting a drop shot to clear the net and land in the kitchen.
  • Player B keeps stepping back 3-4 feet at a time until reaching the baseline.
  • Repeat 5-10 times, alternating forehand and backhand. Players then switch roles.

Drives (1 minute):

  • The partner at the baseline hits drives towards the net player.
  • The net player focuses on volleying and keeping the ball deep.
  • Switch positions after a few drives.

Fast Volleys (1 minute each):

Point Play (1 minute):

  • Play a full "Skinny Singles" point, focusing on good contact and moving your opponent.
